Managing and overseeing his team of 15 directly employed engineers, who are strategy located for rapid response to customer technical support requests. When the need arises he can call on various partners to ensure he meets customer expectations for fast after sales service on printer / copier / scanning devices.

Originally starting his career as a photocopier repair engineer in 1989 he trained in most major brands including Ricoh Panasonic Minolta Lexmark Xerox. Then joining Copyrite in 1993 his skill & expertise has ensured excellent aftersales service for all our clients.

Striding to meet the exacting requirements of manufactures quality of service Ricky and his team achieved the highest accolade for quality after sales service with the “Ricoh Authorized Gold Service Partner”. There are only a handful of UK partners with this prestigious status.

His team of service engineers are experienced in supporting most major printer photocopier brands including HP Lexmark Xerox Olivetti Oki Nashuatec, Gestetner, Rex Rotary, Lanier, Sharp, Konica and Kyocera. Ricky keeps his team up-to date with a program of training on all the latest models as they are produced.

Originally focused on hardware, the movement over the last decade is the integration of multifunction devices to incorporate the facility to use today’s latest into a software & document management solutions, including Follow Me Printing, OCR Scanning, Controlled Workflows.

Under Rick’s management his back office team receive support requests by email / phone / web page and they coordinate the engineers for quick response. Also his key personnel in stores maintain a high level of parts & consumables enabling rapid delivery to any client requirements.
